Southwest Vermont teachers' agreement 2026-2028 (SVSU, Southwest Vermont Union Elementary, Mount Anthony Union High and Southwest Tech), Appendix A 2026-2027 (base $54,045, 3.708% increments). Lanes BA, BA+15, BA+30, M/BA+45, M+15/BA+60 and M+30/BA+75. Bachelor's figures are the BA lane; under Article 30.1(b) BA-lane teachers advance only to step 11, and the shaded steps 12-16 (up to $84,105) apply only to grandfathered teachers. Master's figures are the M/BA+45 lane (steps 1-17); the M+30/BA+75 lane tops out at $96,129. Read from the scanned contract.
