North Country Teachers' Collective Agreement (signed October 2025), Appendix A-2 (2026-2027). Lanes BA, BA15, BA30, MS/A, M15 and M30, with lettered steps A-V shown here as steps 1-20. Bachelor's figures are the BA lane (A-Q); master's figures are the MS/A lane (A-T). The M30 lane tops out at $89,460 (step V); a $200-per-year longevity increase applies beyond the top of the schedule. A 2025-2027 side letter sets new-hire step placement by years of experience.
