Schedule notes
Colchester Education Association agreement 2025-2027, Appendix A-2 (2026-2027; base $55,703). Lanes BA, BA/15, BA/30, MA, MA/15 and MA/30, steps 1-16. Section IV caps the BA column at step 5 and the MA column at step 12 (higher cells are for teachers already frozen there), so maximums and steps use those caps. The MA/30 lane runs $75,199 to $112,799. Read from the scanned contract. Enrollment is the AOE fall 2024-25 census (SchoolYear 2025, all grades including PreK).
