2026-27 teacher salary schedule, Appendix A of the KPEA collective bargaining agreement FY26-FY28. The schedule labels steps A-T; they are numbered 1-20 here (A = 1). Bachelor's = C column (steps A-L); master's = C+36 or M column (steps A-Q). There is no doctorate column: a PhD adds $4,000 and national board certification $2,000. The top cell is C+90/M step T at $104,860, or $106,957 with the 2% longevity step. The 2025-26 C column started at $56,039.
